Info on Upcoming Descent of Dragons Balance Changes

Players have shown that Shaman is too strong in the current meta. The Hearthstone Team answered fast and said that a Balance Update will arrive within the next week, adjustments for Descent of Dragons, including some changes aimed at Shaman.

Out of the 10 most played Cards for Descent of Dragons we see 8 in Shaman:
- Faceless Corruptor
- Kronx Dragonhoof
- Devoted Manic
- Shield of Galakrond
- Galakrond, the Tempest
- Corrupt Elementalist
- Invocation of Frost
- Dragon’s Pack
Almost 90% of Shaman Decks play Galakrond, making it obvious that the Deck need to be nerfed. We are not sure if the invoke cards will be nerfed or Galakrond, a change for his hero power and the Battlecry when played are our first guesses.
The other new Card we think might get a nerf is Faceless Corruptor. The card is currently the most played and is in about 50% of the Decks.
Not to forget, there is also a chance that cards from older expansion get nerfed, for example Sludge Slurper.
