I have a bit of change with the ETC's band
Most of the time, Glacial Shard would be more tempo and curve than Viper. 1 mana minion feels more helpful than 3 mana does. You could still run Viper if you want. Ruin, Flash heal is optional as well pic.twitter.com/daa0A0ziOe
