Alphacord Discord: Even Hunter has slowly made its way into the competitive spotlight. The ability to deal two damage to your opponent for one mana puts them on a clock. Cards like Phase Stalker, Dragonbane, and Frenzied Felwing are newer cards that synergize very well with the Hunter hero power. Secrets can be a hassle to play around and the deck is able to cheat them out multiple ways, though not as well as Secret Mage. Deathstalker Rexxar is also a premier way to grind out control decks’ removal. Alpha110 has an alternative way to build the deck as a highlander deck that not only has access to the powerful highlander cards but trades aggressiveness for a stronger late game in the form of cards like Zul’jin. A new card to try in the deck is Maiev. The even reno Hunter does well against Mages and has more staying power vs aggro due to reno and zeph.
