Play pirates early game to try to win board, you will always get Claws of Terror in your had play as soon as you can, protect board if you need to but swing face and try to upgrade it. Quest is end game if you need it. Try to draft as many pirates as possible try to get aggressive treasures if possible my first one is not too good but was best I was offered.
